We are centrally located in historic West Adams/Jefferson Park nestled between USC/Downtown & Culver City.
You will enter and check in with keypads and WiFi password (free during your stay).
Inside you will find a refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker, central heat and air conditioning, and a 42" flat screen plasma tv with access to over-the-air HD TV, Hulu and Netflix. The unit is part of a duplex. You will be in the lower unit on the ground floor. I'll be upstairs, in case you need anything.
The ultra-clean full bathroom with shower, is stocked with towels and a hairdryer.
Includes 2 gated parking spots, plus there is ample free street parking directly in front of the house. (Street cleaning Wednesdays 7:30-9:30am.) I'm a technology dork, so you can enjoy super fast internet, Ring video doorbell, and keypad entry.
